OUR HISTORY
Our vanilla grows in the humid valley floor of the Hakahau Valley on the island of Ua Pou. It is housed in 2,300m² of greenhouses and fed on coconuts harvested on the farm.
For several generations, the Emery family has been deeply rooted in agriculture. Arnaud, a passionate farmer and heir to this know-how passed down from father to son, decided in 2014 to embark on a new adventure: vanilla farming. Drawing on his experience and devotion to the land, he undertook this ambitious project with the aim of producing vanilla of exceptional quality.

In 2022, after several years of hard work and perfecting his techniques, Arnaud obtained his "Préparateur" certificate (List of 20 certified "Préparateurs" in French Polynesia).
This official recognition testifies to his expertise in the field and his commitment to offering vanilla of unparalleled quality - prepared according to well-defined criteria - directly from his own plantation or those of small local farmers.

We invite you to discover our vanilla, sometimes spicy, sometimes woody or caramelized, the fruit of our passion and family know-how, cultivated with care and respect for nature.

ABOUT VANIRA ENANA
Vanira Enana is committed to preserving the natural balance of its environment while cultivating products of the highest quality. Vanilla is grown without any chemical inputs.
The conditions in which our vanilla is grown, in the valley bottoms, which are wetter than the coast but still benefit from the strong equatorial sun, give the island's fruit intense flavors and distinctive aromas.
